them that have a shot at doing good in the rankings. To be eligible for this the cartoon must be considered a "Nicktoon"
meaning aired on Nickelodeon. Yakkity Yak, Leader Dog and other "Nicktoons TV shows" do not count because they aired
on Nicktoons TV. Also Tiny Toons, Pinky and the Brain do not count since they didnt get their start on Nick. I
havent decided when the polls will close or when Ill annouce the top 10, but it wont be untill November or so.
How will the votes be counted?
For each 1st place vote a nicktoon receives, that nicktoon will receive 10 points, 9 for a 2nd place vote, 8 for a 3rd
place vote, etc. The nicktoon that receive the most votes will be the winner.
